Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Finance Director to lead our Financial Close team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in financial management and transformation consulting, with a proven track record of driving growth and delivering results.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial close process, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and ensure seamless execution.
This is a full-time role that requires up to 40% travel. If you are a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, we encourage you to apply.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
8–10+ years of finance management and/or transformation consulting experience at a large consulting firm
Technical competency in Record-to-Report (R2R), including Financial Close & Consolidation, Cost Accounting, General Accounting, and/or Intercompany Accounting
End-to-end process knowledge of R2R, including process design and optimization
Strong leadership skills with an executive presence
