What Your Role Entails
Joining the Civil Structures team and gain first-hand experiences in bridge and road design, utilities, digital engineering, drainage and flooding design and analysis.
Work on major civil infrastructure projects with both contractor and government clients.
You will gain mentorship, technical training, and opportunities to work on-site with our construction partners, and interstate projects across Australia.
Build professional networks and develop key relationships with peers, clients, and stakeholders.
Gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge digital tools and innovative approaches.

What You'll Need
A degree in a relevant field such as engineering, environmental science, planning, business advisory, sustainability, or digital innovation.
A passion for improving the quality of life and making a meaningful impact.

The ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
