Finance Officer

**The role**

Our Finance Team has taken on new challenges, and we are looking for a new member to join our team with Finance/Transactional experience. Based in Nudgee, in this role you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of transactions, receipts, resolutions of queries, reporting, process improvement, and reconciliations of accounts.
Key responsibilities include:

- Ensure the Accounts Receivable mailbox function is managed daily.
- Maintain new customer requests / change of details and ensure they are entered into the ERP accurately.
- Assist, review, and support the Accounts Receivable team with invoice matching and processing, credit notes, write-offs, reconciliations, recurring and end of month AR journals, debtor reporting, and direct debit runs in line with policies and schedules.
- Review and manage ledger maintenance.
- Oversee, manage, and undertake Debt recovery management.
- Liaise with external and internal customers to ensure that any debtor problems are rectified in an accurate and timely manner.
- Maintain procedure documents and provide support to the Finance Officers in the Accounts Receivable role.
- Any additional tasks as assigned by the Corporate Accounts Manager and the Head of Finance.

**About you**
- To be successful in this role you will have ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a high transaction volume environment. You will also be an excellent communicator with a positive team spirit. Accounts Receivable experienced is highly regarded, however good computer literacy and the ability to learn various new systems is a must.
