**Supply Chain Co-ordinator** to join this leading home and living brand (Bibra Lake, WA - $62k + super)

Our client is a creative company that designs, manufactures and imports home têxtile products for sale to retailers throughout Australia and New Zealand. This role is ideal for an administrative superstar looking to specialise in supply chain and production to further develop their careers in international sourcing.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
Include (but not limited to):

- Create inventory codes/pricing structures in the company ERP.
- Maintain the online product specification manual and company Barcode Register.
- Create purchase orders, sales contracts, and order checklists.
- Create order details for overseas suppliers with product specifications, quality, and packaging requirements.
- Ensure signed confirmation and acceptance of order is received from supplier, including product specifications, shipping instructions, payment terms, and testing requirements.
- Approve and submit shipping documentation to global freight forwarders or clients for Customs clearance.
- Coordinate seafreight or airfreight for imports into Australia and New Zealand, ensuring container space is optimised and goods arrive within the required timeframe.
- Receipt and invoice orders shipped directly to clients in Australia and New Zealand

**Skills and Experience**:

- Advanced Excel skills
- Efficient and accurate data entry skills
- Clear and precise written and oral communication skills
- Experience in dealing with offshore suppliers is an advantage
- Strong IT skills, including experience with an ERP
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Basic understanding of home têxtiles and/or product lifecycle management is preferable
