**Your new company**

This Government agency are responsible for monitoring and regulating education services across South Australia. Due to an increased workload, they are looking for a skilled Project Officer with exceptional writing skills to support a short-term need within the team.

**Your new role**

As Project and Policy Officer, you will provide support to a small team to complete a set of guidelines to go along with their recently updated Code of Conduct. This will involve using your writing skills to update simple policies, responding to papers and writing board documentation. You will be confident to speak with teachers to clarify and follow up on information. In addition, you will assist with creating ideas for web pages and PowerPoint presentations.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be considered for this role, you must have a DHS Working with Children Clearance and demonstrate:

- Demonstrated experience within a regulatory or Government background
- Experience in the Education sector (e.g. ex Teacher) is highly desirable
- Exceptional writing skills with experience preparing briefs and reports
- A flexible attitude with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment

In addition, you will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. You will also have a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
