Are you interested in supporting field mobile technology for a leading company in Fire and Electronic Security Service? Chubb are an Industry leading Fire Protection and Security Company with a strong existing Commercial, Industrial and Government client base.

The Application Support Agent - Mobile Solutions, will be based at our **Dingley, VIC **(Bunurong Country)** **office and will provide our Field technicians with support regarding hardware and software technical issues for mobile devices.

**Key responsibilities of the role**:

- Providing technical support for technical issues in both iOS and Android platforms.
- Monitoring device performance through the use of monitoring tools and maintaining appropriate system documentation.
- Manage the repair and replacement of mobile devices.

**Who we are looking for**:

- At least two years prior experience working in an IT helpdesk or similar fast paced changing service delivery environment.
- Previous experience supporting a technical user base.
- Experience with remote access software would be a bonus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to understand situations and solve problems by breaking them down and thinking about them in a systematic and logical way.
- Ability to coach others through problem solving activities.
