Job Description
Lead and guide a junior EI&C engineering team
Deliver and review HV/LV, instrumentation, and control designs
Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and clients
Develop project plans, scopes of work (SOW), proposals, and cost estimates
Provide technical guidance and act as the design focal point for clients
Assist with installation and commissioning activities
Manage scheduling and direct engineers to complete project tasks
Participate in multi-disciplinary project teams
Support secondment projects with partners and other divisions
The Successful Applicant
Ideal Candidate
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Instrumentation & Control Engineering
5-8 years' experience in EI&C engineering
RPEQ (Electrical) registration
Strong skills in HV protection, earthing design, SKM PTW, AutoCAD
Experience with PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Schneider) and SCADA/HMI systems
Excellent communication, leadership, and project coordination skills
Eligible to work in Australia
Bonus Skills
TUV certification, SIL 3 experience
BESS concept design, PowerCAD/ETAP
Field instrumentation knowledge
Ability to work independently and across hybrid/remote teams
