**The Opportunity**

As a Customer Consultant, you will be part of a broader team that provide support to our customers and Account Manager Team. You will contribute to success by assisting customers with queries while being proactive to problem solve with overall satisfaction being an important goal.

This is a **permanent, full-time opportunity **and will be based onsite at the **Blackwoods Distribution Centre, Scoresby.**

**Some of the tasks in the role**:

- Support the Account Managers with any customer queries
- Action any administrative tasks related to the Customer Care role
- Conduct product recommendations to customers based on previous buying history
- Strive for first contact resolution and deliver on relevant service level objectives

**Some of the skills required**:

- Experience in a customer focused environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously in a small team
- Exposure to Microsoft Office suite
- A proactive mindset to anticipate and problem solve
