**Service Planner**:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual with a proven background as a Service Planners to schedule and plan work for our Central South West (CSW) technicians. Based at our Canning Vale office and reporting to the Lead Planner, applicants must have experience and a proven track record of planning for field operatives in a frontline service organisation.

**_Your responsibilities will include,_**
- Planning, prioritisation and scheduling planned work
- Planning un-planned breakdown work with the assistance of Field Supervisors and Service Manager
- Arranging/ordering sub-contracted goods, services and equipment.
- Capturing and controlling job-related costs by way of Time and Material Trackers in provided systems
- Effectively communicating the planning process and timelines to customers, operatives and subcontractors
- Tracking and receiving material orders to facilitate a timely delivery of Orderbook when requisite components are available.

**_Key requirements and skills:_**
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers and team members,
- Safety Conscious
- Demonstrated ability to plan jobs and develop a work scope
- Excellent time management skills
- Intermediate computer skills with experience working with the Office 365 Suite of products (i.e. Word, Excel and Outlook).
