**About the Team**

This role reports through to our Manager AIC and GSC and works alongside 8 others in the team. The team is made up of both Project Managers and Data and Reporting Officers and are all based at our Military Vehicle Centre of Excellence (MILVEHCOE) in Redbank.

**About the Role**

The Australian Industry Content (AIC) Data and Reporting Officer will work closely with the AIC Project Managers, Rheinmetall entities and subcontractors to monitor and report on Australian industrial content. This reporting is completed across RDA's various programs and is delivered to our customers.

- **AIC Data and Reporting Officer,** you can anticipate some of your day-to-day tasks to include:

- Deliver Regular AIC Reports to both the customer and internal stakeholders;
- Monitor Subcontractor's AIC content and manage the AIC Reporting required from the Subcontractor;
- Develop and monitor a standardized system to collect and interpret the AIC Data;
- Develop improvements for collecting, managing, and reporting AIC Data;
- Work closely with the financial organizations across Rheinmetall and the subcontractors to sync the reporting of AIC;
- Work closely with the customer to resolve discrepancies in the AIC and identify opportunities for additional AIC; and
- Conduct market analysis and research in order to identify potential opportunities for additional AIC.

The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes:

- Degree in finance or related field;
- Minimum of 5 years in pricing or calculation;
- Broad knowledge and experience in Australian, New Zealand and international financial calculation and financial reporting;
- Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
- Experience in commercial and financial management of Australian Defence projects is desirable;
- Experience in subcontractor management for Australian Defence contracts is desirable;
- Ability to travel interstate or overseas when required; and
- Must hold or be eligible to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance (must hold Australian Citizenship).
