Reporting Assistant

The role involves data collection, collation and preparation of reports for stakeholders and project members.

This position is designed to alleviate the workload of the program manager by taking away manual data processing responsibilities.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proficiency in working with data and reporting tools.
  • Experience with data sourcing processes.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Strong documentation skills.
  • Attention to detail and initiative.

A key aspect of this role is documenting processes to aid automation efforts. This information will feed into a future initiative focused on automating reporting tasks.

This contract is an initial 6-month period, with the possibility of a hybrid office/work from home setup in Brisbane or Sydney.
