With a diverse workforce of more than 2,300, we expertly deliver our services across Australia.About the roleWe're seeking experienced Transmission Lineworkers to join our Sydney-based team in key leadership roles delivering major overhead line projects across NSW.You'll lead diverse crews on high-profile energy projects, playing a vital role across high-profile energy projects, helping shape outcomes through your operational insight and people-first approach.The role requires regular travel and working away from home, aligned with project timelines and rostered operations.Key Responsibilities includeConstruct & maintain high-voltage transmission linesPerform network maintenance inspections to quality and HSE standardsClimb transmission structures safely and efficientlyInterpret technical drawings, diagrams, and mapsOperate plant and equipment as required for project tasksAbout YouWe're seeking experienced and qualified Transmission Crew Leaders who thrive in field-based, project-driven environments.
You're a confident, hands-on leader with the ability to engage diverse teams and mentor others.
