Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Experience Officer to join our Customer Service Department.
This is a permanent position that requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and the ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced team environment.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Tracking the incoming calls.
Contacting regained clients and major accounts that book jobs daily, to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.
Identifying and resolving any potential service issues before they impact our clients and ensuring that all clients are informed of any delivery issues or delays.
Following up on any service issues by liaising between the client, sub-contractors and relevant departments.
Qualifications
High level of attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced team environment
Capital Transport is a wholly owned Australian business, operating across five states including: Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia and Western Australia.
