**The Opportunity**:
FLG is committed to promoting a healthy work-life balance. This is a hybrid role, mixing 60/40 office (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday) and work-from-home responsibilities.

**Key duties and responsibilities will include**:

- Develop the copy and design for BAU campaigns such as New Member Journey and Bi-Monthly brand newsletters

Operational Excellence
- Collaborate with brand team to ensure brand tone of voice guidelines are adhered to

Optimisation & Reporting
- Monitor and report key metrics including delivery and standard metrics, such as unsubscribe rate and participation

Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
- Observation and analysis are a crucial part of your daily activities
- When needed, work together with external agencies to optimise the delivery of your campaigns and discover new audiences.
- Setting up and optimizing Google Analytics goals and tracking/conversion pixels
- Monitor web analytics dashboards and key reporting tools, pointing out key areas of importance

**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- Relevant tertiary IT qualifications and certification or related discipline/qualified in Marketing, Communications or Business discipline
- Relevant experience in digital marketing.
- Strong project management skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exposure to a Customer Data Platform / Data Management Platform (CPD/DMP) and Marketing Automation software
- An interest and willingness to learn coding such as SQL and HTML
- Results driven with analytical and quantitative skills using data to develop, validate and measure marketing campaigns
