**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the installation and maintenance of decking projects.
- Support the team in preparing materials and job sites.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
- Collaborate with skilled professionals to learn the trade.
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Energetic and enthusiastic attitude.
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
- Ability to work physically and handle outdoor tasks.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Previous experience in construction or landscaping is a plus but not required.

Pay: $25.78 - $38.08 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday
