We are seeking skilled labourers with experience in earthworks, road building, subdivisions, drainage, pipeworks, and/or minor structures. Our projects are long-term, and we require people seeking consistent work and invested in their own development.

You will be working on civil projects across the Logan and Gold Coast Regions with an experienced team, with opportunities to upskill through qualifications and tickets. There is also potential to advance into a Leading Hand role, providing a clear career progression pathway.

About The Role
  • Preparing worksites
  • Spotting machinery
  • Concreting
  • Trenching
  • Backfilling
  • Fencing
  • Reading and interpreting plans
  • Operating basic power tools and plant equipment
  • Heavy lifting
About You
  • Previous manual outdoor labouring or civil labouring experience (highly regarded)
  • Willingness to perform manual handling duties, including repetitive tasks involving moderate to heavy lifting and reaching
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 6:30 am - 5:00 pm, with Saturdays as required
  • Current driver's license with reliable transportation
  • Mobile Plant Tickets with demonstrated experience (highly regarded)
