We are seeking Support Workers to join our team in home care. This role is perfect for individuals who are caring, committed and passionate about providing high-quality support to clients in their own homes.

Job Description

As a Support Worker in Home Care, you will be responsible for delivering support in various capacities and timeframes. Your daily responsibilities will include providing personal care, manual handling, offering social support and companionship.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience working with complex needs, hold a Certificate III in Individual Support or similar qualification and be available to work during the week (AM and PM) and on weekends. A Covid-19 vaccination is recommended but not mandatory. You must also be willing to undergo a National Police Check and NDIS Worker Check.
