We're seeking a passionate and highly ambitious individual with exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Adhering to the company's operating manuals, you role will work closely with our operations team. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you are required to lead and motivate the team to perform efficiently, maximise sales through increased customers' engagement + satisfaction.

An overview of the role:

- Providing support to the operations manager in coordinating the day to day duties of the venue-based team.
- Supervise a team of 4 to 8 staff each shift.
- Manage, lead and drive the team of staff to optimise performance and achieve store targets/KPI.
- Develop an active and lively workplace team where all staff are proactive, dynamic and engaging with customers.
- Delegating tasks to staff whilst on shifts, ensuring continuous improvement and operational excellence of Ezistreat.
- Delivery and management of staff performance; deliver Ezistreat's human experience roadmap across the venue through ensuring a successful delivery of all operational requirements set forth by the operations manager.
- Ensuring the staff is well informed and well trained on all facilities policies, procedures and systems including ad hoc changes.
- Proactive stakeholders relationship management that includes all vendors and every customer for seamless venue operations.
- Reporting on product and process intergration of Ezistreat. Report any system glitches or errors through data analytics and ensure feedback received is recorded and reported/actioned to Ezistreat Product/Venue manager.
- Liaising with the hygienic + maintenance department; For delivery of a clean and welcoming venue.
- Implement venue level operational policies and procedures.
- Tasks delegated are completed within the time frame and budget given.
- Track and monitor self + staff performance metrics and indicators for Ezistreat, ensuring KPIs are met and exceeded.
- Other duties or ad-hoc tasks as delegated from time to time.

About you:

- 4+ years' experience in managing teams within the hospitality industry.
- Experience with direct supervision and performance management within a team environment.
- Demonstrated track record in consistently meeting and/or exceeding set KPIs.
- Must be available and flexibility to be rostered on across the whole week; including evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Proficient computer skills
- POS experience.
- multilingual would be an advantage
