The Details
Pantoro is seeking a Process Operator to join the expanding team at the Norseman Gold Project. You will be responsible for assisting in all areas of operation of the crushing plant, milling circuit, leaching / absorption circuit, TSF discharge/ monitoring, with collation and data entry of information collected. At all times this will be achieved in a safe manner, adhering to all statutory requirements and company safety, health and environmental standards, policies and procedures.
Roles and Responsibilities

• Be safe, Lead safe: take personal responsibility for the safety of self and others.

• Operate all sections within dry/ wet plant

• Accurately manage, record and monitor

• Ensure log sheets are correctly and fully completed

• Work under processing supervisors, gaining knowledge within the processing facility

• Monitor and adjust each section as required within the processing plant

• Attend daily pre-starts and provide input
About You

• Prior experience within processing of gold plant

• Sound understanding of gold processing

• National Police Clearance

• Certificate III Mill Processing

• Working at heights and Confined space tickets

• HR licence, Front end loader, Integrated tool carrier, Forklift and skid steer Tickets
About the Project
The Norseman Gold Project is an exciting project which includes a 1 million tonne per annum processing plant completed in September 2022 and development of multiple large open pits and underground mines. Mining activities have been established for well over a 12 month period providing on target tonnes to processing facility.
Existing mine life is approaching 10 years. Ongoing organic growth is expected with six drill rigs focused on Ore Reserve growth currently operating.
About the Company
Pantoro's 100% owned Norseman Gold Project is a new fully operational gold mining operation which includes a >1 million tonne per annum processing plant and two operating high grade underground mines. The project has achieved six successive quarters of production growth and is in a prolific goldfield with a large pipeline of ore sources and exploration targets to ensure long life and future expansion options.
The project is 725km East of Perth and 200km south of Kalgoorlie.
The project has a current mineral Resource of 4.5M ounces with many of the defined resources open along strike and at depth. Existing mine life is approaching 10 years. Ongoing organic growth is expected with six drill rigs focused on Ore Reserve growth currently operating.
