We have a number of opportunities now and in the future for process plant operators at our sites across Australia. Depending on the site and the operations at which they are based operators can be involved in mineral processing and separation, the safe operation and inspections of fixed and mobile plant equipment, involvement in our rehabilitation processes, facilitating maintenance where appropriate and sampling and testing of product streams.

About The Role

We are seeking a range of experienced Process Plant Operators for our designated sites located in Western Australia and South Australia. The positions are either residential, FIFO or DIDO depending on which site location.

Reporting to the Production Coordinator a key accountability is to ensure that the plant is operated safely and reliably. You will:
- Undertake regular plant inspections, complete check sheets, and risk and hazard assessments to ensure a safe environment- Enable timely and effective maintenance- Operate fixed and mobile plant in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and safe work instructions- Sample process streams, report and correct any production variances

About You- Similar experience in a mining or processing environment- Applicable qualifications to the role including a valid drivers licence- Ability to work autonomously and engage cohesively with teams- Flexible approach to take on tasks- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement- Australian working rights- Demonstrate a proactive approach to safety and the environment- Communicate - show strong interpersonal skills coupled with good literacy, numeracy and computer capacity- Commitment to further training and skills development
