They are an international insurance brokerage, risk management and consulting firm who operate operating in over 45 countries. This highly successful organisation is currently looking for graduate to join their growing team and be a part of the 12-month graduate program.

- Demonstrated capacity and strong willingness to learn and develop

**The role**:
The Graduate Program is designed to provide comprehensive training to develop a meaningful career in Insurance brokerage industry.
- Thorough employee onboarding
- On the job learning where you will be trained and supported by Team Leaders and Senior Managers to develop your knowledge
- You will be supported with additional qualifications, obtaining certificate which is relevant to further your career
- Ongoing development and Mentoring
- Rotations across all aspects of the business
