Group Financial Accountant - ASX listed - suits first/second moverThis established listed Australian group is looking for an ambitious, technically competent CA qualified Accountant to join their Group Finance function.The OpportunityReporting into the Group FC, your responsibilities will include:Group-level monthly management reportingFinancial statements and board reportingBudgeting and forecastingTrial balance analysis/commentariesIndirect taxes (payroll tax, GST)Treasury accountingComplex bank reconciliationsFixed assets managementInter-company accountingPlaying a key role in the half and year-end audit processYou will also be involved in internal business improvement projects, systems projects, and other ad hoc pieces of work, as well as providing technical accounting advice to divisional stakeholders.About youYou are a qualified CA, with 0-3 years' post-qualified experience, seeking your 1st move out of Big 4 or mid-tier firm, or coming from within a large, complex corporate environment, in a similar group accounting capacity.You'll have sound, up-to-date knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards, while excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.If this sounds like a role you're interested in, apply by hitting the "apply" button.
