My client is in an exciting growth stage in their product area. This is a very good sign of a business that is thriving and leading the way in its market.

The role will be based at Macquarie Park and due to the nature of the role & team, it's a full-time in-office role without much flex on WFH. You will bounce off your colleagues and the culture but also learn quicker in these conditions.

**The role**:

- Validating technical inquiries that come from within the business and external customers
- Linking with sales teams to explore sales opportunities in the mechanical field
- Deal with and maintain products on the company web and print brochure
- Product identification from data sets of key clients and advising products from thor range
- Developing relationships with suppliers in the product range
- Involvement in strategy and growth plans with the sales team
- Maintaining cost increases with suppliers

**Your experience will be in**:

- Proven experience in mechanical engineering & power transmissions, belts, or bearings
- Excellent influencing skills both with clients and internal stakeholders
- Excellent product knowledge and B2B experience
- Manage supplier portfolios and seek out improvement opportunities
- Local industry experience is essential
