**Perth Waterproofing & Silicone Solutions** is seeking a skilled and reliable **Waterproofing & Silicone Applicator** to join our growing team. We work with some of WA's largest residential and commercial builders, delivering high-quality results on a wide range of projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install mastic/sealant to various substrates including concrete, precast panels, windows, bathrooms, and facades
- Conduct surface preparation, including cleaning, priming, and detailing
- Interpret job plans and specifications
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and site cleanliness
- Communicate effectively with site managers and team members

**Requirements**:

- White Card (Construction Induction)
- Valid driver's licence and own transport
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

Pay: $37.50 - $52.70 per hour
