Our organization specializes in delivering premium silicone and waterproofing solutions to residential and commercial clients across Western Australia.

We are seeking a skilled Waterproofer/Caulking Applicator with strong problem-solving abilities, capable of working independently under their own ABN for an initial trial period. Upon successful completion, we offer ongoing full-time employment and opportunities for professional growth.

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:

  • A valid White Card
  • Working at heights experience (not essential)
  • Possession of a manual driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Basic computer/tablet proficiency for reporting purposes
  • A focus on Health and Safety protocols
  • Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • The ability to work effectively with builders, supervisors, and clients

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Internal waterproofing services for wet areas and balconies
  • Waterproofing of retaining walls, planters, and undercrofts
  • Application of silicone and polyurethane to internal and external structures, including:
    • Tilt panel/pre cast sealing, saw cuts, expansion joints, poured concrete, exposed aggregate, facades, joints to brickwork, etc.

Please note that we require a high level of skill and expertise in working with various materials, including anti-pick, fire-rated, normal polyurethane, and internal silicones.

This is a permanent, full-time position with a salary range of $30.00 - $50.00 per hour.

We operate on a standard 8-hour shift schedule, Monday to Friday.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • 1 year of experience in waterproofing or caulking (desired)

We hold a White Card and authorize workers in Australia.

Our work location is one centralized site.
