The Role
This role is open across our Datacom offices in Australia (Adelaide, Canberra, Brisbane, Melbourne, and Sydney).
**Please note**: for this role you would need to be an AU Citizen/PR with Baseline Clearance or have the ability to complete the clearance. (NV1 is highly desirable in this role).
Role Responsibilities
The Project Planner/Scheduler is responsible for (but not limited to):
Implement best practices across the program with regards to Scheduling and the service capability;
Create the project level schedules as part of the pre-sales process with the pre-sales architecture team and other relevant stakeholders;
For project delivery introduce regular schedule monitoring and review practices to ensure schedules are kept up to date;
Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers and other internal and external stakeholders;
Assess project issues pertaining to scheduling and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives;
Analyse data and prepare reviews;
Work with portfolio, program and project managers to accurately reflect inter and intra project dependencies;
Develop standardised schedule formats and support milestone reporting, to enable transparent reporting of progress against baselines and financial forecasts;
Enable the development of Power BI reports and ensure the accuracy of project Gantt charts;
Provide input to the creation and maintenance of a resourcing heatmap;
