Many of our labourers have progressed into roles such as Plant Operators and Leading Hands, with ongoing training and mentoring every step of the way.What You'll DoIn this hands-on role, you'll support a range of civil construction activities including:Installing and connecting stormwater, sewer, drainage, and water main systemsAssisting tradespeople across multiple work scopesMaintaining a safe, clean, and efficient worksiteWhat We're Looking ForPrevious labouring or construction experienceStrong work ethic, reliability, and a genuine desire to learnAbility to work well in a team and follow directionCommitment to safety and quality standardsWhite Card (Construction Induction) – essentialExtra tickets like roller, excavator, or confined space are a bonusWhether you're just starting out or looking to level up your career in civil construction, this is your chance to learn, grow, and thrive at Newlands.
