**The Opportunity**:

- Lead the design and execution of employee-focused change initiatives that enhance engagement and support seamless transitions
- Design and deliver initiatives that enhance connection, recognition, and belonging, ensuring employees feel valued and engaged
- Proactively identify and close engagement gaps, ensuring employees and stakeholders have the resources and support needed to navigate change successfully
- Develop and implement communication strategies that keep employees informed, involved, and empowered throughout People & Capability projects

**We are looking for**:

- Experience developing and implement detailed project, change, and communication plans to support employees in adapting to change initiatives, ensuring alignment with project timelines and timely updates to users and stakeholders on progress and outcomes
- Capable of gathering and analysing employee feedback to inform culture and engagement strategies
- Experience in developing plans to support employee adaptation to change, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines
- Knowledge in managing employee survey processes, including the design, implementation, analysis, and communication of results, with a focus on risk management and deriving insights to guide People and Culture strategies
