**Your Impact**

We're looking for a proactive and people-focused **Operations Team Lead** to join our close-knit warehouse team at **Prospect**. In this role, you'll oversee a team of operators—including voice pickers and MHE drivers—ensuring daily workflows are managed efficiently and safely.

This is a leadership role focused on driving performance, maintaining a safety-first culture, and fostering strong collaboration across departments. While you won't be on the tools, your presence and support on the floor will be key to achieving team goals and developing your people.

**Please note**: This role is an Afternoon Shift position from 2pm - 10pm.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and support a stable, engaged warehouse team to achieve operational KPIs
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and compliance with Chain of Responsibility requirements
- Manage daily workflows, task allocation, and leave planning
- Monitor team performance and support coaching, development, and performance management
- Build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams, especially production and logistics
- Support small-scale projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Use SAP and Excel to manage and report operational data

**About You**

You're a committed and driven leader with a genuine passion for team development. You also bring:

- Previous experience leading teams in a warehouse or supply chain environment
- Strong people focus and communication skills
- Ability to manage performance and resolve conflict constructively
- Experience in KPI monitoring and workflow management
- Exposure to SAP and Excel beneficial
- A safety-first mindset and willingness to lead by example
