Job Title: Operations Team Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Operations Team Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of our multiple store locations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading a team, managing staff rosters, and ensuring high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations at all store locations
  • Lead, train, and support store staff to maintain service excellence
  • Manage staff rosters, shift coverage, and performance evaluation
  • Evaluate sales performance, optimize labour and inventory usage
  • Closely work with founders on expansion and business improvement plans
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues
  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics for consistent product availability
  • Implement and maintain operational procedures across locations

Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum 2-3 years managing multiple F&B or retail outlets
  • Proven ability to lead a team and handle staffing issues
  • Strong interpersonal and people management skills
  • Understanding of best practices in hospitality and customer engagement
  • Experience with POS systems (preferably Square) and basic bookkeeping
  • Able to interpret sales reports and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Able to travel between locations regularly
