Job Title: College Trainer

Location: Bankstown, Sydney

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver teaching programs to support college students in areas such as business management, leadership skills, academic writing, and critical thinking.
- Create engaging and interactive learning materials, including presentations, workshops, and online resources.
- Supervise and monitor students' progress and assessments, maintaining accurate records.
- Undertake administrative duties relating to teaching and other relevant responsibilities related to the role.
- Stay up-to-date on best practices in college student success and incorporate new ideas and techniques into training programs.

Qualifications:

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in education, counselling, psychology, or a related field preferred.
- High computer literacy (MS Word, Canva, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Experience working with college students in a teaching, advising, or mentoring role preferred.
- Previous experience in the education industry or study abroad programs.
- Demonstrated ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds due to strong interpersonal skills.
- Impeccable presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
