Additional information:

- This role is Permanent, Full-time, 76hrs/fortnight based onsite at IKEA Tempe.
- The internal job title for this role is Sales Team Leader
- This role requires availability to work a spread of hours from 8:00am - 10:00pm weekdays and alternating weekends (both Saturday and Sunday)

**About this work area**
As the Self Serve Team Leader you will be responsible for, but not limited to
- Knowing your range and presenting the width and depth of the IKEA range in order to satisfy and inspire visitors.
- Ensuring your team are available, trained and inspired to provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service, with ease of shopping top of mind.
- Coach, manage, mentor and onboard new and existing team members to ensure that they succeed. This includes identifying and developing internal talent for the future.
- Being available to resolve customer and operational issues as they arise.
- Coordinating your team to ensure your warehouse is "in shape as new" at all times.
- Supporting the planning and implementation of activities, self-serve and add-ons throughout the store.
- Consistently analysing sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to streamline processes and drive business results.
- Ensuring the Self Serve Warehouse is a safe and secure environment for visitors and co-workers.
