The practice has been established for a number of years. We continue to offer new and advanced treatments to new and existing patients.

With a diverse patient care team that has years of experience, we offer comprehensive care to people of all walks of life.

Core responsibilities

Develeping and maintaining relationships with patients.

Provide excellent customer service to patients.

Liasing with other team members to ensure excellent patient care and smooth running of the practice.

Co ordination of lab work with external labs.

Team work with other dental assistants / manager at the practice.

Taking payments

Answer all calls and direct to appropriate personnel.

Organise and schedule appointments.

The successful applicant

Be a passionate team player, capable of functioning with a high level of autonomy with established policies and procedures.

Demonstrate a high level of responsibility, accountability to their own work.

Possess maturity and confidence in communication interpersonal skills and conflict resolution skills in a high stress situations.

High level of computer literacy skills.

Passionate about a career in dentistry rather than a stop gap for something better.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term
Part-time hours: 25-30 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kennington, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Dental reception: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
