**Our client is seeking an experienced and confident Accounts Payable professional with a willingness to learn and contribute to their Finance Team.**

**About You**

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Team Leader, you must be able to communicate in an efficient yet friendly manner with customers, suppliers and internal teams.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Processing a high volume of AP transactions utilising automated processes accurately and efficiently.
- Process payments in accordance with suppliers payment terms and maintain the supporting reconciliations
- Regularly review and following up the outstanding creditor ledgers, including ageing.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organisation skills, phone manner and well-presented.
- Ensure creditors, terms and account details are maintained in the system.
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.

**Skills and Experience**
- Minimum of 3 years experience relevant to Accounts Payable functions including a sound knowledge and understanding of accounting principles including GST.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service.
- Thorough and accurate with strong attention to detail.
