Job Description Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a National Co-location Manager to join Service Stream in our Telecommunications team based in one of our national offices
About the Role

Key responsibilities:

- Central point of contact for queries into Carriers for site specific colocation information
- Tracking of colocation submissions, against Carrier SLA's
- Escalation of sites outside agreed SLA's
- Working within the wider team - review and accept Project Handover Packs
- Provide training to relevant team members and SAED Vendors around the co-location requirements of the Carriers
- Escalating issues that may impact program delivery and build programs to the relevant Project Manager and National SAED Manager

Qualifications & Skills:
Formal qualifications are not a pre-requisite however experience in the mobile telecommunications industry and in particular knowledge or experience working in the co-location area is preferred.
