**Axl + Co**: NEEDS A STORE MANAGER... IS THAT YOU?

**OPPORTUNITY**:
AXL + CO by Connor is a brand-new menswear business, opening its first stores in NSW less than a year ago and are ready to expand.
We are looking for Leaders who will be required to get involved with all aspects of the AXL + CO by Connor brand.
This includes, front of house customer experience, stock management, coaching and developing your team, as well as visual merchandising.
This really is a Store Managers Dream This role has everything you need to feel empowered, motivated and all roads lead to success and progression.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Have a minimum of 1-2 years fashion retail management experience.
- You are confident, authentic & down to earth.
- Have experience in managing a team of more than 3.
- Sound Customer service skills with proven track record in sales.
- Be determined to achieve the store budget and understand KPI expectations.
- Be analytical and can identify store opportunities.
- Have a passion for customer service, fashion, and retail sales.
- Can lead, motivate, and inspire a team.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Strong VM skills and ability to move fixtures/fittings.
- Work with others and alone as this is the nature of the roster.
