Key responsibilities include:
Demonstrating our Culture Values - Strong Team Player, Willingness to Surprise and Delight our guests and a 'Can-Do' Attitude.
Greeting all customers and projecting a positive, motivated and friendly image to guests and staff
Assisting with all customer enquiries, or requests regarding products and services
Providing efficient and accurate service of food & beverage items to customers in bar areas and/or functions
Restaurant duties; including table preparation, food & beverage service and cleaning duties
Building and maintaining positive customer relationships, across a broad range of diverse cultures
Maintaining up to date knowledge of menu offerings
Knowledge of responsible service of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Ability to carry 3-plates
Ability to create and maintain relationships
Ability to work independently or as a part of a team
Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written)
Immaculate personal presentation
Must have RSA and RCG qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
Flexibility to work including evenings and weekends
Rights to work in Australia
