Job Title: A La Carte Waitstaff

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and professional A La Carte Waitstaff to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service
  • Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the restaurant
  • Assist with food and beverage service, including taking orders and serving guests
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fine dining or upscale casual environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Familiarity with restaurant operations, including menu knowledge and wine service
  • Certifications in responsible service of alcohol (RSA) and/or other relevant hospitality qualifications
