Job Description
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be the bridge between businesses in need of talent and job seekers pursuing their best roles. Your responsibilities include:
Actively pursuing new business opportunities while building and nurturing long-lasting client relationships.
Understanding client recruitment needs and providing strategic advice to ensure the best candidate matches.
Negotiating terms and fees to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
Becoming an industry expert through networking and staying ahead of market trends.
Attracting top talent through effective candidate engagement strategies.
Guiding clients and candidates through the interview and offer process, ensuring a seamless experience.
Collaborating within a high-performing team to achieve outstanding results.
The Successful Applicant
Experienced Recruitment Consultants: proven track record in B2B recruitment and a desire to excel.
Career Changers: ready to embrace a new challenge in recruitment.
Sales Superstars: bring at least 12 months of sales experience and transferable skills to thrive in recruitment.
