We are seeking an experienced professional for a six-month contract with a key federal government department, starting on or around September 8th, 2025.In this crucial role, you'll be responsible for the full administration and management of our unified communications platforms, with a core focus on ensuring a secure and efficient environment.What You'll Be DoingAdminister and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment, including user and license management.Manage and support the Microsoft Teams platform, including policies, settings, and advanced calling features.Engineer and manage telephony hardware, with a specific focus on Session Border Controllers (SBCs).
Administer and maintain SharePoint Online, including site and permission management.Manage and support the Exchange Online environment, including mail flow and mailbox administration.Configure and manage device policies for iOS and Android mobile devices.Administer and maintain the FortiMail security platform.About YouYou have proven experience as a Unified Communications Engineer or in a similar role.You have strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, and Exchange Online administration.You're experienced with Session Border Controllers (SBCs) and telephony hardware.Knowledge of SharePoint Online and FortiMail is highly desirable.You have excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Please apply through this advert or contact Joseph Demetriou (joseph.demetriou(@)aurec.com for a confidential discussion about the role.
