Access Skills Training (AST) is an RTO division of WISE Employment. We are seeking an **Enrolment and Administration Officer** for our **Bendigo** office to help with reception duties, respond to enquiries and process student enrolments.

**To be considered, you must**:
- Be experienced in a reception or administrative role
- Have full Australian working rights
- Hold a full Australian driver's license
- Be willing to obtain a National Police Check
- Hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check
- Hold or be willing to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check

**A day in the role involves**
- Receive and log enquiries that come into AST and ensure they are filtered to the appropriate team members.
- Administer short course enrolment processes.
- Input various forms of data onto our Student Management System, aXcelerate.
- Create courses, enter enrolments and update attendance records for new and existing students.
- Learn to manage the data input for delivery plans and training assessment strategies.
- Learn to upload RTO AVETMISS data to SVTS and investigate errors.
- Learn month end data integrity reporting requirements.
- Filing and archiving processes.
- Other duties within Training Support Services team as directed.
**Essential Criteria**
- Experienced in a reception or administrative role.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to liaise with a diverse range of clientele.
- Experience in business administration software systems - MS Office suite and Student Management Systems.
- Attention to detail and accomplished time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to work individually and as an effective team member.
