Compliance Assurance Officer

This is a position of responsibility that requires the ability to work autonomously and the confidence to provide sound direction and guidance to colleagues at all levels in the organisation.

Key accountabilities incluse but are not limited to;
- Conduct both onsite and offsite assurance monitoring in accordance with the methodology and frequency agreed by the business
- Track and monitor all actions from the assurance monitoring activities to ensure timely resolution
- Assist in any follow-up investigation that may be required but especially when potential fraud is identified
- Ensure frontline retail SOPs are reviewed annually (minimum), updated as relevant and communicated relevant
- Issue timely communication bulletins and priority alerts to frontline colleagues
- Support any other Compliance & Risk activities as required by the business

The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and there will be an expectation to perform different tasks as necessary by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the business.
