**About the role**

As Program Manager, you'll work closely with a dedicated on-site leadership team, including **two full-time Directors of Service and a 2IC**. At Minimbah, your leadership isn't from behind a desk, it's **on the floor, in ratio, side by side with your team**.

This is a **hands-on role** where you'll provide daily **coaching, guidance, and practical support**. You'll be a **familiar, trusted face for families and children**, while also being the steady presence that ensures everything runs smoothly. Think of yourself as the **captain of the ship,**steering the course, supporting your crew, and ensuring everyone arrives safely and smiling.
You'll be responsible for:

- Actively supporting and guiding your team during contact hours
- Building strong relationships with children, families, and school leaders. Overseeing all communication with families and the school.
- Overseeing environment setup and ensuring engaging, inclusive programming
- Uplifting and training your team to build consistency and confidence
- Embedding routines and structures that create calm, predictable, and positive experiences
- Maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and quality

Minimbah is a **large program**with space to grow, and we're looking for a leader who's ready to grow with it.
- Overseeing all day-to-day operations across Before, After, and Vacation Care
- Supporting and coaching a structured leadership team
- Embedding strong routines, building systems, and guiding culture
- Driving quality programming, compliance, and family engagement
- Building exceptional relationships with children, families, school leaders and your team
- Resourcing and delivering a fun, inclusive, high-quality experience for all children

**Your Team**
- 2 Full-Time Directors of Service (DOS)
- 1 Second in Charge (2IC)
- A wider team of permanent and casual educators

Your role is to coach and guide them on the floor, lead with confidence, and build strong routines, systems and team culture. You'll play a key role in shaping a consistent and high-performing team.

**Service Operating Hours**
- Before School Care: 6:00am - 8:40am
- After School Care: 2:40pm - 6:30pm
- Vacation Care: 6:00am - 6:30pm

You'll be onsite in both BSC and ASC - hours specified during recruitment process, with admin time scheduled outside of contact hours.

This is a high-volume service that needs a leader who thrives on fast-paced, purposeful work and can bring structure, quality, and consistency.

**What You'll Need**
- A Diploma-level (or higher) ACECQA-approved qualification
(e.g. Teaching, Early Childhood, Youth Work - check here)
- Current Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
- First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an OSHC or education leadership role
