MADEC Australia's Employment Services activities are focused on supporting those experiencing disadvantage in locations across NSW and Vic. Individuals that access the program receive support to reduce social, physical and other barriers that impact a person's ability to attain and maintain employment, by identifying strengths and building skills that improve life outcomes.

**About the Role**: Based in Seymour and servicing surrounding areas with the travel requirement up to 2-3 days per week (with access to a pool vehicle). You will collaborate closely with our Employment Consultants, local employers, and stakeholders to support job seekers in achieving sustainable employment. Your role is dynamic and varied, from office meetings with participants to on-the-road visits with employers and community groups. Whether strategizing in a boardroom or brainstorming over coffee, you'll be at the heart of developing innovative pathways for our participants.

**What You'll Do**:

- **Empowerment through Engagement**: Foster meaningful relationships with participants, employers, and community organizations to create tailored pathways for success.
- **Dynamic Days**: No two days are alike—your schedule could include everything from high-level meetings to casual coffee catch-ups.
- **Measure of Success**: Your impact will be measured by the positive relationships you cultivate and the sustained employment outcomes you achieve.
