**Master Scheduler/Project Controller***

**THE ROLE**

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively contribute to a safety culture in projects that minimizes the risk of injury and meets internal Visy requirements and external regulatory requirements.
- Create and maintain Integrated Master Schedule/s.
- Issue regular forecasts as required.
- Interface with relevant planning positions in functional areas.
- Execute approved changes (scheduling scope) as required.
- Regularly update active project schedules on agreed cycle.
- Mentor and lead scheduling team - internal and subcontractors.
- Provide technical leadership in the area of project scheduling.
- Contribute to project reviews.
- Identify schedule risk points and support PM in mitigation planning.
- Assist or coordinate preparation of monthly progress reporting, including cost reporting and forecasting, physical progress reporting and forecasting, cash flow analysis and management.
- Facilitate all project planning activities in cooperation with the design, construction, and commissioning teams.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge and experience in project scheduling and controls.
- Familiarity with good scheduling practice.
- Experience in mentoring and leading scheduling teams.
- Ability to provide technical leadership in project scheduling.
- Good communication, teamwork, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera P6. (ESSENTIAL)
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and certifications.
