We're seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven individual to join our retail team as a Sales Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing their needs, resolving issues, and maintaining high standards of service excellence.
- Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets.
- Promote efficient operations by managing inventory, visual displays, shipping workflows, order fulfillment, and store maintenance while adhering to company policies and health & safety regulations.
- Maintain open communication with colleagues to achieve store sales and operational goals and adhere to store policies and procedures.
- A proven track record in retail or a related field is highly valued.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and creating memorable shopping moments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to excel in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic are essential.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
