THE ROLE:
As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will provide approachable and engaging customer experience whilst providing service in breakfast, in room dining, dinner and behind the bar.This role will develop your skills and experience and offers casual hours across a varied but flexible roster.
You will assist in curating the guest experience by:
Providing our guests with a positive dining experience, with a smile
Providing table service and taking orders
Serve cocktails, beers, wines and spirits
Making barista quality coffee
Some experience in Ala Carte style service
Assist with bar service and In Room Dining
Flexibility in working hours as business required
An enthusiasm to work across all Food & Beverage departments
ABOUT YOU:
Your many talents include:
Prior experience in Food & Beverage, Bar and/or Barista positions
Availability across a rotating roster, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
Whilst previous Hotel experience would be useful, it's not a deal-breaker
Hold a current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) Certificate for NSW
Available to start asap
Great people skills with a good team focus
Well organised with a flexible, diligent attitude
Current working rights in Australia
