**Casual Home Care Worker positions - available now These flexible position provides real work/life balance. Work 2 to 3 days**

We are seeking compassionate and reliable **Home Care Workers** to support elderly clients in the community. This role is ideal if you genuinely enjoy helping seniors stay safe and independent in their own homes.

**What You'll Do**:

- Provide **personal care**, **domestic assistance**, **social support**, and **transport for shopping/appointments**:

- Work **independently in the community**, visiting clients in their homes
- Assist with meaningful day-to-day activities that improve quality of life

**What You Need**:
Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing/Disability) or equivalent
Full working rights
Must reside on Bribie Island, Ningi and Beachmere
National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and 2025 flu season
Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
Open Driver's Licence
Reliable, registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance
A caring, positive attitude and great communication skills
