**CELOTTI Workforce** are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our business, as we continue to have unprecedented growth across all of our chosen market sectors. Reporting to the Recruitment Team Leader, this busy and fast paced role will see you provide quality people to clients across Australia nationally.
The team at Celotti Workforce prides itself on getting things right the first time through our sound recruitment practices, but we like to ensure our days are filled with the fun and enjoyment that comes with getting people jobs.
**Duties and responsibilities**:
- Post job ads on website, job boards and social media sites as necessary.
- Conduct telephone and face-to-face interviews, and reference checks.
- Manage the process through to offer stage and beyond (offer letters, inductions, feedback and ongoing contact).
- Previous high volume recruitment experience (blue or white collar)
- Sound Microsoft Office suite skills
- Self motivated and energetic attitude
- Strong organisational skills
- Hold a current car licence and a vehicle
