About the RoleAs a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team to maintain and enhance green spaces across our various council-controlled roadsides and open spaces within Northern Gold Coast, Southern Brisbane and IpswichThis position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in their work.Lead a teamOperate various mowing equipment safely and efficientlyMaintain and perform regular inspections on equipmentEnsure lawns and green spaces are maintained to a high standardComplete service requests as requiredAdhere to safety protocols and proceduresBenefitsMonday to Friday work schedule with early start and early finishCompetitive hourly rateUniform and PPE suppliedVehicle and fuel card suppliedOngoing safety training programs and resources availableFrequent free team social eventsCareer progression pathwaysPossibility of overtime in warmer monthsWhat are we looking for?
